What the hell is a VR EP Launch?

After taking your first glance at this year’s music line-up, you might be blown away by the wide array of artists and locations you can go to. But you also might have noticed Chagall’s peculiar show called the “VR EP Launch”. And, like any other sane person, you are probably asking yourself: what the hell is a VR EP Launch? We decided to hop on our bike and cycle to the Effenaar to talk to Robert Schaeffer, musical programmer of the festival, about this futuristic phenomenon.
 
He explains how this VR music experience will help both the performer and the crowd. Because when it comes to live electronic music, there is often a void between the artist and the fan.
