Sheltersuit: from trash to treasure

Sheltersuit Foundation believes that everyone deserves warmth, protection and dignity. That is why, since 2014, they have been designing and producing multifunctional products that offer direct protection to people who experience homelessness. These products are not meant as a substitute for finding a home but as an aid when someone has no other choice.

Secrid Talent Podium

In 2022, Sheltersuit was also spotlighted at the first exhibition of Secrid Talent Podium. As a foundation, Sheltersuit relies entirely on donations. Secrid is still one of those donors, funded from the company's impact fund. 

During Dutch Design Week 2024, Secrid gives the stage to visionary designers who want to transform the industry from ever more manufacturing to ever better manufacturing. Together, they show how sustainable change is already happening, and paint a hopeful picture of our future.
