The Design Effect

A handful of compelling innovations from the best Dutch design agencies

The top four Dutch design firms present themselves in “The Design Effect” with equally compelling examples. Realized projects that not only tie in with the DDW Mission Days but, above all, offer an instructive insight into the many-headed complexity of the design process.

Showcasing the design effect

Explained by the designers

Each weekday, a lead designer from one of the four participating leading agencies will not only provide context to the exhibited project through short interactive presentations but also answer questions. The agencies are Modyn, npk design, Spark design & innovation and Steketee design.

G100

Designlink stands for good industrial design. Every year we include the hundred best designed products in the G100. Products that are not only relevant (add where something is missing, are a solution to a real problem) but are also innovative and/or original, exceptionally well designed, designed in the Netherlands by a Dutch designer or for a Dutch company. To show what we in the Netherlands are good at and where industrial designers and their clients contribute distinctively.
