The marketplace becomes a vibrant setting in which I express the tensions, similarities, and subtle nuances between these two worlds.

-

This project is conceived as a marketplace, a symbolic and visual representation of the diverse influences that shape my cultural background. It is not merely a physical space, but a carefully curated environment where the contrasts between the two cultures I experience daily are made tangible.

Through this project, I aim to meaningfully convey the desire for connection between both cultures. By choosing the marketplace as the foundation, this space becomes a place where cultural boundaries blur and new forms of exchange emerge. The market serves as a metaphor for the fusion of cultures, where elements such as color, form, and material reference both traditional and modern influences from each cultural world.

The marketplace symbolizes more than just the exchange of goods; it represents a meeting place where identities converge, clash, and ultimately blend together. With this, I seek not only to highlight the diversity of my own experience but also to address the broader theme of cultural interaction and integration. By inviting the audience into this space, I hope to spark a dialogue about how cultures influence and enrich one another, and how we, as individuals, navigate this complex and ever-evolving landscape.
