BROODJE POEP (Shit Sandwich) makes delicious sandwiches made from ingredients grown on human poop and pee compost. It closes our food and nutrient cycle and makes you aware of the daily value we create and flush away.
How does it work?
The sandwiches made from ingredients grown on compost from human poo and pee are served in the BROODJE POEP (Shit Sandwich) cart. This cart also contains a waterless toilet where visitors can donate their poo and pee for the production
