As a passionate product designer, I rediscover the inner child by creating a collection that combines playful elements with adult sophistication. Using cords as a core material, my designs bring vibrancy and wonder back into everyday life.
Rediscovering lost enthusiasm
During this period of my life, with responsibilities increasing and the pressure to become an adult rising, I felt time passing me by and lost my enthusiasm for the little things that used to bring so much joy. The daily routine and obligations made it difficult to embrace again the fun and playfulness of my childhood. To regain this lost enthusiasm, I developed a collection that rediscovers the inner child in a mature, fun way.
Playful design
My collection is designed to combine vibrancy and playfulness with mature sophistication. The central material of this collection is cords, chosen for their movability and uncontrollability. This characteristic makes the objects in the collection come alive in an exuberant and dynamic way. The use of cords adds a lively irregularity to each design, creating a sense of playfulness and surprise.
Balance
By incorporating the moving, playful nature of the cords, I try to strike a balance between the joy and wonder of childhood and the maturity of today. This collection embodies a renewed sense of curiosity and fun, aiming to enrich everyday life in a surprising and refreshing way.
