‘AMONG CRITTERS’ is a terrestrial fabulation about the importance of interspecies care and the fact of the infinite complexity of all beings. Inspired by the symbiotic processes in ‘SCOBY’, the work invites bacteria, yeast and humans to a ritual of kombucha fermentation.
